Front Office Manager- Mitsis Selection Azure 

Region: Halkidiki

Employment Type: Temporary / Full-time

Ref: HO/FOMH

Purpose: 

As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for all operations related to the smooth running of the Front Office, maintaining high standards of guest service, monitoring health and safety standards, and achieving operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Participates in all activities related to the smooth daily operation of the department (department scheduling, room allocation, arrival/departure planning, billing, reporting). Handles guest requests within the scope of their responsibilities.

Handles service charges and provides guests with the relevant information.

Collaborates with all departments to ensure that the necessary information regarding guests, their needs, or any allergy-related matters is communicated effectively.

Collaborates with the Housekeeping Department on the daily plan and room-related tasks, and with the Maintenance Department on any technical issues.

Participates in setting the department’s objectives, in line with the annual budget and service standards.

Focuses on maximizing sales.

Actively participates in the recruitment process for hotel positions, in accordance with corporate policy and the Group’s values.

Monitors the daily professional conduct and performance of team members and guides their improvement.

Manages the performance appraisal system and proposes a training plan based on identified training needs.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel

Previous experience within Mitsis Hotels Group will be considered an asset.

Education in Tourism or a related field (will be considered an additional qualification)

Excellent command of English (spoken & written); very good command of a second foreign language (German, French, Italian, Russian, Polish).

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications; very good knowledge of Protel.
